What does each hour of work include?
Each hour includes active work by a senior Platform Engineer: implementation, debugging, code review, documentation, technical meetings and support. We don't charge for waiting time or our own internal meetings.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. All our plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. We believe in retaining clients through the quality of our work, not through restrictive contracts.
Which technologies do you work with?
AWS, GCP, Azure, DigitalOcean, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, and many more. If you use a technology that isn't listed, we probably master it too.
What is the onboarding process like?
We schedule an initial call to understand your current infrastructure, goals and needs. In the first week we audit the current state and present an action plan. The assigned engineer integrates directly into your Slack and tools.
